New Probate Features:

• Allows up to 6 Executors, will handle different status, e.g. Acting, Renounced, Leave Reserved, etc;
• Includes up to 3 Codicils;
• Consists of Documents before and after Grant including Advertisements. Also includes a selection of standard paragraphs for letters;
• Handles both Probate and Administration, adjusting grammar for gender, singular and plural, and allows for up to 6 Executors;
• Automatically calculates Inventory. If figures are altered, one command will recalculate;
• Selected Advertisements can be inserted into a letter, fax or blank document to be sent to the relevant newspaper.

New Inventory Module (Optional):

• Automatically list discovery companies, will produce and record status of letters;s
• Individually lists all beneficiaries and their entitlements;
• Inventory Database records all Assets and Liabilities, produces completed inventory document with no additional data entry.
