Document Management

One toolbar gives you access to save, view, print, e-mail and archive your documents with ease.

  • The folder for saving your documents will be created automatically as you create your datafile
  • Documents produced using a datafile are saved automatically to that folder, while documents produced without using a datafile can be manually saved to a folder
  • Documents numbered in sequence automatically
  • Use with non Law Perfect documents
  • Your file number, document name and date are inserted in the footer
  • Save as facility, save documents to other matters folders
  • Simply enter the matter number to display all the documents or letters for that matter
  • Save by a combination of matter, subject and author
  
  • Dropdown toolbar for watermarks
  • Can use standard watermark, copy, draft, confidential, or enter your own wording and remove when necessary
  • Any operator viewing the document will see it is "Draft", "Confidential" etc.
  
  • Email button with direct link to Outlook, select email address from Name and Address database and automatically attach saved document on screen
  • On completion of a matter, archive documents and datafiles to keep your system operating efficiently
  • Restore previously archived documents and datafiles with ease if the need arises
